As PPRO scaled its services to manage more transactions and serve more customers, it needed a partner that could meet their high standards for licensing and data security, keep its systems up to date, and act as a single point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics and IT operations. In addition, as PPRO was working towards getting its CSSF licensing, they needed a partner that was SOC 1, Type 2 compliant.

When PPRO went to market for an IT partner, Intwo ticked all the boxes. To date, Intwo has already worked closely with PPRO to provide meaningful results. We’ve designed a redundant MS Dynamics 365 BC environment that complies with the applicable financial regulatory requirements and PPRO’s growth ambition. This approach has many benefits as it minimizes risk and maximizes performance. As part of our service level agreement, PPRO also has access to a dedicated Intwo customer success manager to ensure PPRO’s current and future needs are constantly met. And, per the CSSF requirements, the team has contractual rights to audit Intwo with the help of a third party.
