We’re pleased to announce a new partnership. Intwo has joined forces with Complyance to deliver a complete, FTA-ready e-invoicing solution for businesses across the UAE, bringing together Intwo’s Microsoft and Dynamics 365 expertise with Complyance’s proven, globally accredited compliance platform.

Together, we can take a Microsoft Dynamics 365 business from “not started” to fully transmitting compliant invoices to the Federal Tax Authority in roughly two weeks, and because the platform is ERP-agnostic, we can connect businesses on SAP, Oracle, and Sage too.

Why this partnership, and why now

The UAE’s Federal Tax Authority has made e-invoicing law for B2B and B2G transactions, and the timeline is fixed. Phase 1 businesses, those turning over AED 50 million or more, must appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) by 30 October 2026 and go live by 1 January 2027. The voluntary pilot is already open.

Choosing the right ASP shapes how smooth and how affordable that whole transition will be, so we didn’t choose lightly.
