It all started with two veterinarians and a double-decker bus called Argus in 1973.

In 1974, Top Deck Travel was born, and by 1975 it was running successful tours to different European locations. By March of 1982, they decided to set up a travel agency in Sydney based on the discounted airfares model seen in London at the time. Soon after, Flight Centre Limited was incorporated and the first Flight Centre store was opened.

Now, Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, is one of the largest Travel Agency networks in the world. They operate with a team of over 20,000 over the span of 23 countries worldwide, with the company processing transactions valued at more than $20 billion AUD globally. As a travel business, it is pertinent that they deliver amazing experiences to their employees, customers, and partners. For that reason, it is vital that their business-critical ERP works reliably, securely, and continually.

The relationship between Intwo and FCTG dates back to 2015 when Intwo successfully implemented Dynamics AX 2012 on Azure. With FCTG’s desire to upgrade to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, it was a natural progression to continue working together with Intwo based on the successful collaboration and support over the years.
